Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags must be attached

How to return:
Email contact@endlabelclo.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send return instructions.

Return shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• We recommend using a tracked service

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for it to appear in your account.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are available depending on stock. Request this in your return email.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@endlabelclo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
